Student Survey - 大学生问卷调查

We are conducting thissurvey in order to examine the motivations and barriers to exercise among university students. Yourrequested participation is voluntary; responses are anonymous and will be keptconfidential, no name or ID’s will be collected. You can skip any question ifyou would like. This survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Bycompleting this survey, you are agreeing to have your responses recorded forresearch purposes.
